Dell Sales Lead

arcastream is a fast-growing software-defined storage and data management ISV, now part of the Kalray Inc company since its acquisition in April 2022.  Kalray and arcastream are both Headquartered in Europe.

arcastream already has an established business in the USA, but is looking to grow quickly in partnership with Dell Technologies, our exclusive technology partner. Our software runs on Dell servers and storage and provides class-leading solutions for high-performance storage and data movement for Big Data, AI and ML-type workloads. Key target industries include Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Education, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas and Engineering.

arcastream is a Kalray company. Kalray is a pioneer in a new generation of processors (DPU) and acceleration cards specializing in intelligent data processing. Job brief

As Dell Sales Lead, you will be responsible for lead generation for HPC and UDS opportunities. Ideally, the role will have access to Dell’s internal resources to help identify, influence and co-sell opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Soft Skills:

  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiations skills – the ability to persuade
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for lead generation
  • Ensure Dell sales engagement
  • Participate in sales enablement of Dell staff
  • Ensure the interface of sales opportunities back into arcastream for opportunity progression
  • Development and execution of relationship plan

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Dell, ideally within Dell in a client sales or Partner Sales role
  • Strong network of Dell US contracts in Account Management, HPC or UDS divisions
  • A minimum 3-year proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Some training or educating experience is preferred
  • Ability to create a robust business plan with trackable activities
