We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who can roll up their sleeves and deliver beyond expectations for our customers across our two brands; pixitmedia and arcastream. The work is exciting and challenging, working with the biggest customers in Media & Entertainment and leading research Institutions.

  • Procurement – both internal and project related
  • Liaise with other departments to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Work with the Project Manager, eliminate blockers
  • Schedule meetings, record decisions i.e. assigned tasks and next steps
  • Organise logistics and create paperwork, UK and Global Exports
  • Create and send purchase orders
  • Order tracking and ETA management
  • Customer invoicing

Contract: Permanent / Full time
Location: High Wycombe or Manvers office, UK
